The @ Campaign:

This Leadership Activation Programme is an 8-week pilot designed to help rising stars like you move from being influential in your role to being recognised as a leader across AUTODOC and beyond. By aligning your purpose, voice, and work, you’ll gain clarity in your ambition, proof of your expertise, and visibility that strengthens both your career and our company.

This survey is your starting point. It captures who you are today, how you show up inside and outside the business, and what kind of leader you aspire to become. It also asks about your readiness to commit time and focus above and beyond your day job, so that you and your manager can track the progress you make throughout the programme.
